Our commercial grade wash-down product gets paved areas, decks, fences, retaining walls, concrete, etc. spic and span.

After water blasting, we apply a complimentary slow-release agent to the areas that are prone to mould. This kills the spores and is a slow-release agent that continues to activate overtime to keep the area clean for longer. And the bonus is that if the surface is painted this helps preserve the integrity of the paint and increase its life expectancy.

The product is Bleach-free, non-acidic and phosphate-free.Sometimes there can be stains on surfaces that our products and wash techniques just can not remove. We always try our best to remove them. The quoted amount for the job relates to us completing the job e.g. washing the surface and not stain removal as we cannot guarantee this.
