What we take into consideration when pricing a house wash.
There are a lot of factors that determine the cost of a house wash, for example, the size of the house to be washed, whether it's single level, split level, or multi-level, the cladding and how accessible the house is.
Travel is another consideration - Do we have to travel far to get to the job, and if so, are there other jobs in the area that we could complete on the same day to help absorb travel costs?
How dirty is the house? - Was it last washed 1 year ago, 3 years ago or more. What sort of mould is on the house can affect the price, as can poor water pressure.
What else does it involve? - If the job includes water blasting concrete around the house, washing a garage, decks, patios or a porch roof. We price these things separately, so please let us know if you want any of these items priced to be cleaned.
We run dynamic rates, which fluctuate depending on the time of year. Our low season is mid winter where you will find our lowest rates, so if you want a deal, mid-winter is a great time to get us in. September to March is our peak season.
Below is an approximate price guide for a single level house wash based on our peak rates.
